Ronnie White | Osha Certified Safety Culture expert
& Speaker; Company Founder & CEO

Ronnie White is a safety culture expert with more than 30 years of experience working across industrial environments throughout the United States. As the founder of LVI Safety Training in 1988, he developed and produced safety training programs, standard operating procedures, and educational materials for organizations in manufacturing, warehousing, chemical, pulp and paper, and other high-risk industries.

Early in his career, Ronnie spent hundreds of hours working alongside plant managers, engineers, and safety leaders, reviewing and producing training content based on real-world operations. This experience provided him with a practical understanding of how safety systems function in day-to-day environments—and where they can break down under pressure.

In 2002, Ronnie was selected by a Discovery Channel production partner to contribute as a safety expert and executive producer of archival footage on a large-scale infrastructure project later featured in Megabuilders. This work placed him within a complex, multi-agency operation involving construction, maritime, and logistical coordination, further expanding his perspective on safety across disciplines.

Throughout his career, Ronnie has focused on the practical side of safety culture—how communication, leadership, and frontline decision-making influence outcomes in real time. His approach emphasizes clarity, collaboration, and the importance of engaging supervisors and teams at every level of an organization.

Today, Ronnie continues to work with organizations to support safety culture development through training, workshops, and facilitated discussions, drawing on decades of field experience and direct exposure to industrial operations.
